Carmella Gibellino-Schultz is a licenced cosmetologist, who has been practicing since 1977. In 1996 Carmella founded The Skin Care School, recognizing the need for qualified technicians in the Delaware Valley. Ten years later, Camella's students, have thrived in the industry and are employed by the areas top salons, plastic surgeons, and spas.

Carmella became interested in permanent cosmetics due to a lifelong allergy to commercial cosmetics. Since that time she has studied throughout the North America and Europe with the best and brightest minds in the industry.

Carmella is Board Certified by The Society of Permanent Cosmetics Professionals and The American Academy of Micropigmentation. After ten years of practice, Carmella is considered THE authority on permanent cosmetics in the Delaware Valley. Dozens of Physicians, salon owners and cosmetologist refer their clients daily and has been featured in many publications due to her notoriety.
