Carmella Gibellino - Schultz is a licensed cosmetologist since 1978 and has been practicing the art of permanent cosmetics for 9 years. Former founder and owner of The Skin Care School and Center, Carmella  has performed thousands of procedures and has trained many of the areas best  aestheticians. As the areas most sought after cosmetic artist in both Delaware and PA, cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, Medi Spas and salon stylists are daily referring their clients interested in permanent cosmetics to The Permanent Cosmetic Studios.

Gina Marsilii is a licensed skin therapist in Delaware with over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. She is well known for her expertise having formerly owned and operated the “Best of Delaware”  award winning ‘Perfect Ten Nail Salon and Day Spa’ in Wilmington Delaware. She is thrilled to be teaming together with Carmella as her apprentice and to be practicing the art of permanent cosmetics.
